We would like to inform our valued customers that deposits for reservations are non-refundable. The deposit amount, set at $75, is designed to both secure their spot and contribute towards covering shipping costs, especially in the case of extra chicks. This policy ensures commitment and priority placement in our shipping schedule. Shipping Fee:
• A non-refundable shipping fee of $75 applies to all orders.
Minimum Order Requirement:
• A minimum order of 6 chicks is required for shipping.
Shipping Method:
• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Express Shipping.
• All shipments are insured.
• In case of late deliveries or damage, the buyer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Shipment Schedule:
• Customers have the option to choose a preferred shipping month during the checkout process.
Chick Arrival:
• Chicks will be shipped sometime during the selected shipping month. Actual shipping dates are subject to availability and logistical considerations.
Delivery Time:
• USPS Priority Express Shipping typically takes 1-2 business days.
