We would like to inform our valued customers that deposits for reservations are non-refundable. The deposit amount, set at $75, is designed to both secure their spot and contribute towards covering shipping costs. This policy ensures commitment and priority placement in our shipping schedule. Your understanding of this non-refundable deposit, which directly supports our commitment to delivering quality service, is greatly appreciated.

We pride ourselves in the way we package eggs for shipment. Eggs are pricey so we do our best to make sure eggs arrive intact. We have no control over the shipment of the eggs, but in the case that they arrive damaged, there is always a $50 insurance on priority mail. It is YOUR responsibility to file a claim on damaged eggs.

Shipped eggs are notoriously difficult to hatch and dark eggs are even harder. Please make sure incubators are calibrated and running prior to eggs arriving. We are not responsible for personal incubation habits. I have over 90 percent hatch rates with my own eggs and have successfully hatched shipped BCM eggs over the years. I will include tips and tricks for hatching dark eggs in your shipment box.
